Different populations have unique tolerances and sensitivities that have been selected for, usually by region, and reliant on available types of foods. History and ancestry play a role in determining the best dietary practices for any given individual. This clinical trial attempts to identify each participants blend of ancestry to focus on how different populations would respond to changes in diet.
